Overview
Engineered for the Harshest Chemical Environments
Our Chemical Plant Guardrails are specifically engineered to withstand the most aggressive chemical environments found in processing facilities, refineries, and chemical manufacturing plants. Constructed from premium-grade fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) composites, these guardrail systems provide exceptional corrosion resistance while maintaining structural integrity under heavy impact loads.
Unlike traditional steel guardrails that rapidly deteriorate in corrosive chemical atmospheres, our FRP guardrails are impervious to a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis, solvents, and salts. The pultruded fiberglass construction ensures zero rust, no galvanic corrosion, and minimal maintenance over the entire service life of the system.
Every guardrail system is designed and tested to meet or exceed OSHA 1910.29 fall protection requirements, with a minimum top rail height of 42 inches and load capacity of 200 lbs applied in any direction. The UV-resistant surface finish ensures long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor chemical plant applications.

Features & Benefits
Key Features & Benefits
Key features that set our FRP products apart from traditional materials.
Superior Corrosion Resistance
Impervious to acids, alkalis, solvents, and salts. No rust or galvanic corrosion means zero structural degradation in aggressive chemical environments.
OSHA Compliant Design
Meets OSHA 1910.29 standards with 42-inch top rail height and 200 lbs load capacity. Third-party tested and certified for fall protection.
Lightweight & High Strength
70% lighter than steel with comparable strength. Easy to transport, handle, and install without heavy equipment or structural reinforcement.
Zero Maintenance
Never needs painting, coating, or galvanizing. Eliminates annual corrosion inspection costs and reduces total lifecycle expenses by up to 60%.
UV-Stabilized Surface
UV-resistant resin formulation prevents degradation from prolonged sunlight exposure, ensuring long-term performance in outdoor installations.
Non-Conductive & Non-Sparking
Electrically non-conductive and non-sparking, making these guardrails safe for use in electrical hazard areas, flammable environments, and explosive atmospheres.
